Off-grid solar work
An off-grid system isn’t connected to the electricity grid, so it has to produce and store all the power you need on its own. Solar panels generate electricity during the day, a battery bank stores it for the night and cloudy days, and an inverter powers your home.
Most off-grid homes also have a backup generator that starts automatically if the batteries run low after a long stretch of bad weather, so you’re never left without power.
